Executive Coach & Program Lead- Sarah Feely, M.Sc.
Sarah is our Chief Learning Officer and helps organizations align business and people strategies, empowering individuals to find purpose and fulfillment in their work. With a Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern and certification as an executive coach, she brings robust expertise in talent development. Before joining CLC, Sarah spent a decade at Korn Ferry in recruiting and advisory roles, supporting global clients in leadership development, culture transformation, and succession planning. She began her career in restaurant operations, opening and managing multiple locations. A Bay Area native, she now lives in Dallas with her husband and three children.
