4. Shipping and Delivery

For physical products, shipping times and costs are listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

For digital products, you will receive a download link or access instructions immediately or within 24 hours after payment.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Physical Products: You may request a return within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Coaching and Retreats: Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the start of the engagement, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total price or $250, whichever is greater. After that window, payments are non-refundable. If a Product includes coaching sessions, cancellation and rescheduling policies will be shared at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Products—including text, visuals, worksheets, and branding—is owned by Compassionate Leaders Circle and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use—or inability to use—our Products. Results from coaching and personal development work vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
