About Chelsea
Chelsea Stoll is a growth strategist, public speaker, and advocate for compassionate leadership. As Chief Growth Officer at Compassionate Leaders Circle, she leads expansion across new markets and audiences, connecting leaders and communities to practical compassion at work. With more than 15 years of experience in HR and organizational leadership—including work with Fortune 500 manufacturing, government, and non-profit sectors—Chelsea helps organizations turn compassion into a competitive advantage. Her message bridges strategy and humanity, helping leaders and teams thrive through clarity, courage, and care.
Chelsea’s Midwestern roots run deep—and so does her belief that leadership is about how we show up for one another. Early in her career, she found herself in the middle of a unionization process that challenged everything she thought she knew about leadership. It revealed how quickly trust can fracture—and how deeply people long to be seen and heard. That experience became a turning point, leading her down a path of discovery that continues to this day: a lifelong pursuit to understand what makes us better humans to one another. Her work blends that question with strategy—helping leaders and organizations rediscover the humanity that fuels meaningful growth. Chelsea approaches leadership as an act of service—an ongoing practice of learning, listening, and lifting others up.
