The 4th annual Compassionate Leaders Circle Awards ceremony is fast approaching! Each year we highlight a select number of compassionate leaders who are inspiring those around them. We share their story and honor their work. We thank you for attending the 2024 CLC Awards ceremony to honor this year's honorees. When you register, even if you couldn't attend live, you will be included in receiving the awards ceremony recording. The ceremony recording will be available soon!
This year we gave away $100,000 in prizes to our honorees and audience members!
Honorees and those who attended the live event had a chance to win one of a variety of the incredible prizes outlined below.
Honoree Prizes:
- Each honoree received a Lead with Love Masterclass for their organization delivered by our CLC faculty. Our Lead with Love Masterclass is a customized program for leadership teams.
- One honoree won a special CLC 25th Anniversary award: our brand-new Culture Lab for up to 12 leaders at their organization. Culture Lab is a program that helps company executives understand and develop a remarkable workplace culture.
Live Attendees Prizes:
- All live attendees to the 2024 CLC Awards won a license to our revolutionary Dream Lab course. Dream Lab is a transformational self-discovery program that clarifies your purpose and guides you to your soul work.
- All attendees will receive our Lead with Love Quickstart Guide.
What is compassionate leadership?
Compassionate leaders are people who LEAD WITH LOVE. We define compassionate leadership as:
Using your head and heart to inspire and influence others so they can inspire and influence others.
Compassionate leaders acknowledge our universal interconnectedness and use their influence to make a positive impact on people and planet.
These leaders are courageous, contemplative, collaborative, and care about the world they will leave behind.

Award Criteria
We evaluate nominees against the seven criteria below:
- Compassionate: Use influence to prevent and alleviate the suffering of others.
- Confident: Believe in their visions and themselves.
- Collaborative: Empower all stakeholders to leverage their strengths and be leaders.
- Contemplative: Take time to pause and deeply reflect, emerging wiser and more self-compassionate.
- Civil: Demonstrate respect when confronted with differing points of view and other challenges.
- Curious: Learn and listen proactively.
- Courageous: Advocate strongly for themselves, their values, and their stakeholders.
